We engage third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements. These include payment processors, identity verification service providers, cloud hosting providers and analytics platforms. All such processors are required to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone — including individuals claiming to be 588bat staff. Our support team will never ask for your full password or one-time passcode.
588bat is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age for registration and use of 588bat is 18 years, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
If you are aware that a minor has accessed the Platform or submitted personal information through it, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Upon confirmation, we will delete the relevant data and close the account without delay.
As part of our KYC process, age is verified through government-issued identity documents. Any account where the age verification check cannot be completed or reveals that the User is under the minimum age will be closed and any deposits returned in accordance with applicable obligations.
