In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 588bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: 588bat applies strict age verification checks as part of its KYC process. If there is any doubt about a User's age, 588bat may suspend account functionality pending verification. Accounts found to belong to users under the permitted minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Clause. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on 588bat at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 588bat reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation if multiple accounts are detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 588bat will never ask you to share your password or one-time passcode (OTP) — any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 588bat reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided. Accounts containing materially false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 588bat support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed in accordance with applicable procedures, and any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completion of KYC requirements.
588bat applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. Completion of KYC verification is required before withdrawal requests are processed and may be required before certain deposit or bonus functionality is activated.
For Users in Pakistan, standard documentation required for KYC includes a valid copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be requested at 588bat's discretion.
Processing Note: KYC review timelines vary. Submitting clear, legible copies of required documents reduces processing time. 588bat will not process withdrawals for accounts with incomplete or failed KYC checks. This is not a discretionary policy — it is a compliance requirement that applies without exception.
All personal information collected during KYC is handled in accordance with the 588bat Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or regulatory obligation.
588bat supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment methods that may include mobile wallet services and bank transfers. Familiar Pakistani payment options — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. The actual availability of any specific method is subject to the operator's current provider agreements and is not guaranteed.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your 588bat Account are your own legally obtained funds. Depositing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, or on behalf of any third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. 588bat reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
To avoid withdrawal delays, ensure your KYC documentation is submitted and approved before requesting a withdrawal, and that the withdrawal method matches the name on your verified 588bat Account.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 588bat are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These conditions are stated at the point of offer and must be reviewed before accepting any bonus.
A wagering requirement specifies the total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement would require the User to place bets totalling PKR 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus stacking, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.
588bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted by a User and for which qualifying conditions have been partially met will be honoured in accordance with its stated terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 588bat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588bat's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 588bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
588bat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect a User's rights or obligations in a significant way — 588bat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
The version of these Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the currently operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588bat holds its operating license, as applicable. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
588bat makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate, legal or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
